This Privacy Policy explains how OHealth Apps Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the website at www.ohealthappsstudio.com (the “Site”) and the mobile applications we publish (the “Apps”).

Information we collect through this website

This Site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter and no shopping facility, so there is nothing here for you to submit and nothing for us to store. We do not ask for your name, address, payment details or any other personal information in order to browse it.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, as almost all web servers do. A log entry records the IP address making the request, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser’s user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the Site running and secure, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This Site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising tags and no social media widgets, and it requests no files from third-party servers — the fonts and images you see are served from our own domain. Nothing on this Site tracks you across other websites.

Where the Site links out to Google Play or the App Store, those pages are operated by Google and Apple under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Information collected by our Apps

Our Apps are separate from this Site and are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. What each App collects depends on what it does — a workout timer needs different information from a hydration reminder or a calorie counter — and information you enter into an App, such as your weight or a workout log, is generally stored on your own device.

Each App publishes its own data disclosure on its store listing. Google Play calls this the Data safety section and Apple calls it App Privacy. Those listings are kept up to date per App and are the authoritative description of what that particular App collects. Please read them before installing.

Advertising and in-app purchases

Some of our Apps show advertising supplied by Google AdMob, and some offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Advertising partners may use device identifiers to select and measure the ads you are shown. This is governed by Google’s own advertising policies rather than by us; you can review and change your choices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and in your device’s advertising settings.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or by Apple, depending on where you installed the App. We never receive or store your card details.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the Site, to keep our Apps working correctly, to respond to you if you contact us, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Sharing information

We do not share personal information with third parties except where it is necessary to provide a service you have asked for, such as the app stores that distribute and bill for our Apps and the advertising partner described above, or where we are required to do so by law.

Children

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect information

The Site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply appropriate technical measures to protect against unauthorised access to the systems we control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used.
